How to install Spotify on Google Play or App Store?
Spotify is available on both Google Play and App Store, so it’s easy for you to install Spotify on your devices.
- Step 1: Access the Google Play or App Store
- Step 2: Type “Spotify” on search bar and search. Tap on the first result
- Step 3: Tap on Install on Google Play, or Get app on App Store
- Step 4: Wait the installing process and enjoy Spotify
Install on Android devices without Google Play
If you use Android devices, and your Google Play doesn’t work, or you cann’t access Google Play for several reasons, downloading apk file from other sources is available. Spotify is an apk bundle file and has various variant apk versions, so before downloading and installing, you need to install Split APKs Installer app (SAI) and ES File Explorer. Besides, you need to check your technical information on your devices. Particularly we need device’s Architecture, DPI, Android Version.
Firstly, to check those parameters, the settings of the device will not be displayed, we need the help of a supported app AIDA64. First, install AIDA64 on your Android device. When the installation is completed, we need to note the parameters of the following:
– Architecture: Access CPU => Supported ABIs, note the parameters of Supported ABIs
– DPI: Access Display => Pixel Density, note the parameters of the Pixel Density
– Android version: Access Android => Android version, note the parameters of the Android version
Base on those parameters, we continue to find proper variant version for the device. You need to compare the technical requirements that the application requires with the specifications we have just collected via the AIDA64 app.
Luckily, Spotify doesn’t require Architecture and DPI, so you just need to choose the version that match to you Android version.
Then, install Split APKs Installer app (SAI) and ES File Explorer.
After checking steps, you can start to download and install Spotify by Bundle apk file:
- Step 1: Access apktovi.com and search for Spotify
- Step 2: Tap on “See available apk”, then choose your version. Tap on “Download APK Bundle” and wait for few minutes to finish the download
- Step 3: Open ES File Explorer > Internal Storage>Download and pay attention to the zip file of Spotify
- Step 4: Long-press on this file > choose More at the bottom right > Extract To> OK to decompress it.
- Step 5: Open Split APKs Installer app (SAI) > choose Install APKs
- Step 6: Choose the folder that includes Spotify file.
- Step 7: Tap on the normal file (not the zip file). You will see the components inside that file.
- Step 8: Tick all the boxes and tap Select.
- Step 9: The system will ask you “Do you want to install this application? It does not require any special access”. Choose Install.
- Step 10: Wait for a few seconds for installing. Tap Open to enjoy Spotify
After those steps, you have Spotify on your devices without Google Play
